Policy


  • New Clients: Please call prior to scheduling your first appointment.
    • 1st appointment only
      • All new clients are required to pre-pay half of the cost of your first appointment through cash app. This will be applied towards your scheduled appointment.
      • Cancellations and reschedules require a 24 hour notice. Cancelations made 24 hour in advance will have the prepayment refunded or applied to the rescheduled appointment.
        • Cancellations or reschedules made after the 24 hour grace period will result in a loss of the prepayment.
    • Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment in order to fill out new client paperwork which will be waiting for you in the waiting area.
      • Please do not shave the area you wish to receive treatment 3-4 days prior to your appointment.
      • Please do not pluck the area you wish to receive treatment 7-10 days prior to your appointment.


  • Confirmation E-mail: A confirmation E-mail/text message is sent out as soon as an appointment is booked to confirm the booking. Another E-mail is sent out 48 hours prior to your appointment time asking you to confirm your appointment. You will also receive reminder texts 24 hours prior and 4 hours prior to your appointment time.

  • Late Arrivals: It’s important clients arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. Any clients who arrives late will be adjusted accordingly so that I may stay on schedule. All late clients will be responsible to pay for the total time scheduled.


  • Cancellations/No Shows: All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.  Without a 24 hour advance notice the client is still responsible to pay for their treatment time. as well as a no show.


  • Inclement Weather: Because I work from home, inclement weather will not close business. If driving conditions are bad or if you do not feel comfortable driving, please text or call to reschedule your appointment, you will not be charged a cancellation fee.


  • Payments: Payments are due at time of treatment. I accept cash and I use square for debit/credit card payments. All major credit cards are accepted.


To focus my full attention on each client, I will not answer the phone during any appointments. You may leave a voicemail or text and I will contact you within 24 hours. I do not conduct any business on Sundays. Click here to see how to contact me.
